We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Every order ships with tracking.
Shipping rates
- United States: $8.00 standard, free on orders over $70. Express $15.00.
- Europe and Middle East: $9.99 standard, free on orders over $90. Express $24.99.
- Rest of world: $12.99 standard, free on orders over $110.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery is typically 7–20 business days depending on the product, the fulfilment location and your destination. Express options are faster where offered. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add time.
Tracking and separate parcels
We email tracking details once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first scan. Items in one order may ship from different locations, so they can arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.
Taxes, duties and import charges
Taxes and shipping collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Depending on your country, customs or the carrier may also charge import duty, VAT or handling fees on delivery. For example, the European Union applies a fixed customs duty on low-value parcels from 1 July 2026 and an additional handling fee per item from 1 November 2026. These charges are set by local authorities and carriers, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility unless they are shown and collected at checkout.
Delayed or missing orders
If the estimated delivery window has passed or your tracking has not moved for 7 days, contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
