How much is shipping?
US orders ship for $8.00, free over $70. Europe and Middle East orders ship for $9.99, free over $90. Other countries ship for $12.99, free over $110. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then standard delivery is typically 7–20 business days depending on the product and destination. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We email tracking details once your order ships. The first scan can take 2–4 days to appear.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it under our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer law.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once an order has entered fulfilment or shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are duties or import taxes included?
Shipping and any taxes collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Depending on your country, customs or the carrier may also charge import duty, VAT or handling fees on delivery. These are set by local authorities and carriers.
Why can an order arrive in separate parcels?
Items fulfilled from different locations may ship separately with separate tracking details.
