Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility, deadlines, and shipping arrangements can depend on the product, destination, and applicable consumer law. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the correct process. Do not send returns to the business address without return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging if available. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy, subject to applicable law.
Change-of-mind returns
Contact us before returning an item to confirm whether it is eligible and whether return shipping charges apply. Hygiene-sensitive, opened, personalised, or otherwise restricted products may be subject to restrictions except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another arrangement. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
