Return and refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will send a replacement or give a refund if your order arrives damaged, defective, wrong, different from its description, or very late. Contact us on WhatsApp 9902402408 with your order number. A short unboxing video helps us resolve it faster, but it is not required.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI after you share the details.
