Processing and transit

Processing and delivery times vary by item, fulfilment partner, carrier, and destination. The delivery estimate displayed at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs checks, weather, carrier disruption, and peak periods can cause delays.

Tracking and separate parcels

We send tracking information when it is made available by the fulfilment partner or carrier. Items in one order may ship separately from different fulfilment locations.

Shipping charges, taxes, and duties

Shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout are displayed before payment. Depending on destination and checkout settings, import duties or taxes may be payable to the carrier or local authority on delivery.
